WOW again i know its been some time, I think i lost my mojo for quite a while,
In some ways due to being asked to make certain cards that had to be printed and even though i love all card making my main passion is for stamping and coloring so i am really hoping to get back to what i love most.
After searching all over for my mojo mainly youtube lol watching all the amazing crafty people i came across some fab fun stamps, Gerda Steiner design stamps. There is a link in my side bar check out there DT blog the stamps are so fun i just love the look of them and have sparked my mojo off YAY,
I am really hoping that someone will stock them soon, fingers crossed

anyway hope to get some pics up soon.
thanks for taking the time to stop buy

Yay I finally got to play a little,
Here is what I made using the die I won over on Michelle`s blog
Card Grotto  she also has a for sale page with some fab bargains well worth a look
I have already bought paid and received my goodies :)
On this card I used my Fuse tool on a plastic cd case to make a small square like the one shown in the picture, filled it with sequins and beads before fusing it shut to make my shaker.
I used red tape to stick it to the back of the thanks cut out then added foam to the front of the card to lift it slightly giving room for the shaker.
I am going to enter this into the :-

Happy Mail :)

Hi all not got a card done yet this week as its been a really busy week here  helping my daughter move and settle into her new home.
But why I have been busy the Happy Mail has been building :)
First I got a lovely package from my friend Shell Bower who is a Stampin Up rep.
I got the lovely personalised note book and card as part of a thank you for joining up under her so I am now part of a lovely team Shell`s Angels.
She also sent me this beautiful personalised calendar and pen.
If you have ever thought of joining Stampin Up now is a great time with all the extras you can get, or just want more info on it contact Shell she is an amazing person who is always  happy to help.

Next is the happy mail I got from Michelle over at Card Grotto
I entered her fab, my Craft Favourites 2015 series and was luck enough to win
this Clearly Besotted Shaker Shapes die, she also sent me this beautiful card,
her cards are always amazing, even when I was not blogging I always visited her blog to watch her fab vids and inspiration.
And that brings us to the last of my Happy mail
Also from Clearly Besotted, I have ordered from them once before but was not able to get pick of the way they are so beautifully packaged before eagerly ripping into it.
But this time I was able to wait lol

 I love the tag and mini card but now think I am going to have to buy the Mini Bots stamp set too;
the stamp sets I went for this time are - Jump For Joy, Jingle Bells, Flag Sentiments 2 and Best Birthday, cant wait to be able to start playing with them.

I would highly recommend Clearly Besotted
their delivery is very speedy , packaging beautiful
and amazing stamps.

Say It With Flowers

Second card of the year ,
I followed the fab sketch over at Sketch Saturday.

I really enjoyed making this one, the stamp set I used is one from Which Craft called Flower Blossoms designed by the owner Paula Walters.
The set didn't have a sentiment with it but I wanted to keep the same look across the middle so I
stamped 3 times coloured 2 in with copics and for the centre one I cut away the middle then stamped a sentiment from Paper Smooches Birthday Sampler set and mounted the frame around it and cut it out again to fit,
The paper/card I used I bought  from my local range, a real bargain at just £2.99 a pad

Also joining a few challenges with this card

First For The First

My first card, for my first challenges, of the New Year
I have made this card for my other half to give to a workmate who went out of their way to help him get to and from work when there was no buses running.
Really hope she likes it :)
The stamp set is Mama Elephant - Tiny Heroes
I also used Mama Elephant - Cityscape die.
Spellbinder - Circle dies,
And coloured the tiny hero and sky using Copics
The stars and sky also have a dusting of clear wink of stella which adds a lovely sparkle in real but the camera just does not pick up.
The challenges I am entering this into are :-
Wishing Everyone A
Happy New Year
All The Best For 2016

Hi All
It`s been a while, well quite a while since i have put a card up so i have picked this one i made recently to get me back into the swing of it.
I have been having fun with some of the 8x8 embossing folders i bought at the end of last year
but was unable to use as my Joy Trouvaille broke when i tied them in it :(
But after trying my mums Grand Calibur and seeing how smooth it was i decided to treat myself to one,
so far (touch wood) so good  :)
The flower was fun and much easier to make than i thought, I followed a brilliant tutorial from the very talented Norma link just bellow.

I have used Snow White Gold - Centura Pearl card and some chocolate card from my stash
I used a mix of dies for the sentiment at the front of the card
Nestabilities Classic Ovals Large and Die-namics Layered Label and the sentiment is from the matching stamp set that i heat embossed in fine detail gold embossing powder.
For the inside of the card i have used the Nestabilities Labels Twenty Two
The sentiment inside the card is from a new set from Stampin Up called Feel Goods.
For the matching box i first embossed the top sheet of card before scoring and folding.
